How to play Animal Go Fish
★First, take out the cards from the deck and make sure to put away the jokers and the instruction card. ★Once we've done that, give the deck a good shuffle.
★I recommend a maximum of six players for this game.
★For two players, deal seven cards each. For more than two players, deal five cards each.
★After dealing five cards to each player, we can begin by checking our cards. If we have matching pairs, we put them on the table.
★One pair is considered one point.
★The player on the left side of the dealer is Player 1, and the game begins with them asking the player on their left: 'Do you have a cat?' If the player has it, they say: 'Yes, I do,' and give it to Player 1. Then Player 1 makes a matching pair and places it on the table, then asks the next player, and so on, until they can't find a matching pair.
★If Player 2 doesn't have the matching pair, they say: 'No, I don't. Go Fish!' Then Player 1 picks up a card from the deck. If it's a matching pair, Player 1 can continue asking the next player, in this case, Player 3.
★If it's not a matching card, then it's Player 2's turn.
★Go Fish is over when one player runs out of cards or there are no more cards in the pile. The winner is determined by who has the most pairs of cards in front of them.
